We want your feeder to arrive in excellent condition and fit your daily routine.

30-day return window

Unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact support before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

How to start a return

• Email support@everydaynova.com with your order number and reason.
• We will reply with instructions and the return location.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Damaged or incorrect items

Report shipping damage or an incorrect item promptly with photos of the package and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return shipping

Customer return postage may apply for preference-based returns. Everydaynova covers return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
